Supposed to pay 810 SAR. at the property they took 950 SAR. Don't know why actually.

The room is very small according to the nomber of beds. The car of the hotel should be available all over daytime and it should go close to Al Haram.

located on high slope , very difficult to get there , hotel has a club car for guests but one staff in red uniform not only denied dropping us to nearby area but also denied getting us a taxi , We were with two kids and said he only entertains guests from LONDON . We complained to the person at reception in day time and too did not help in getting a taxi or dropping us to near taxi .

Good WiFi, buggy car till in front of the road and it took 15 minutes walk from the hotel to masjidilharam

Staff should learn to speak English a little bit. Small room suit with the price.

The hotel provided wrong location information to and from Masjid Al Haram. 0.6 miles, this is misleading as it is actually 1 mile away. There is a long way walk up steep hill. There is a shuttle bus, still stops very far away from masjid. Most of the time we catched the shuttle bus we ended up praying outside the masjid or we missed the salah starting. The room is very small, no space to move around. Double room was desiged for 3 people. The bathroom is extremely small, when u shower the water falls all over the sink and toilet. The air condition is very noisy, we had to turn it off to sleep at night. Our beds were not changed for 12 days even after asking them multiple times. Room were not cleaned either and staff refused to give us towels for 3 people. They said rule is to give only 2 towels between 3 people. In the website it states free complementary toiletries yet they complained when we asked the first set finished. The staff wanted us to pay extra for the things we already paid for. They were frustrated we didnt give them tips upon arrival. Which is ridiculous, we would have given at the end of stay anyway. Upon departure from hotel, we were not accompanied by the staff for our lugguage or given a goodbye from them. However, the shuttle bus driver is very good and has been helpful through out out stay. Would not recommend this hotel for its location and staff.

Staff was very helpful, they let us check in 4 hours before the usual time, luggage was picked and dropped shuttle is there only to the main road..

They have shown that they are more closer to Haram than they actually are, at least 500m more far they are from Haram

This is budget hotel , very rude reception staff no smile ever , we stayed for 5 nights and paid for 6 nights because of late arrival , They never clean the room after many request even during our stay , NO warm water available for shower , even i specially requested at the time of booking .....

I like the place, it's clean, staff are friendly and accomodating, they have a mini kitchen inside the room, and they have a lot of complimentary items. Our stay was very pleasant. It's the cheapest among the hotels near the Haram area.

Very nice and clean for a budget hotel. Location is perfect for single person. Takes about 12 mins to haram. But they also have a buggy which takes u to end of the road so will save at least 4mins of the 12 mins.

The buggy was not always available and also the hot water in the shower was just warm to cold side but manageable

This was the second time staying initially stayed alone but this time went with friends and booked a triple share room. The Saudi guy at the reception was nice and courteous.. Although we arrived quite early around 8 AM, he did mention the check in was at 2 PM but when he say we were going for UMRAH was courteous and gave us an early check in. All in all its a nice cozy place a bit on the sidelines but goo value for money and extremely clean.

The location is a bit on the sidelines difficult for taxi drivers to find.

Other than location everything was okay.. free electric car service was also available sometime to pick and drop at the end of street..

Given location finished 200+M before exact location, which is a type of deceiving customers coz everyone is looking for nearest place to Haram (Holy mosque- Makkah). So I compared the prices nearby and have chosen this due to location mainly but got deceived.. Booking.com must sort out this issues.
